Fitness with Savings – June 5th



For all of you who didn’t see the stunning success of this event last year, here it is again this year! Yoga on Parliament Hill, Ottawa, ON, put together by Lulu Lemon. The great thing about this weekly event is it is held 12pm-1pm and it is the perfect excuse to get out of the office. There is no fee and all that they ask is that you bring your own mat and your own water.
*Classes are held on a weekly basis, weather permitted.

Where: Lawns of Parliament Hill, 111 Wellington St, Ottawa, ON
When: Every Wednesday Noon
Who: Lulu Lemon
Why: A great excuse to go stretch and relieve work stress on your lunch break.
How: Bring your own mat and water bottle and join the group.
