FREE ZUMBA AT THE UNIVERSITY OF OTTAWA
As great as running is, it is always nice to get a different kind of cardio work out! Zumba is a mix of latin dance and aerobics that engages participants to shake it and just have fun. This is actually an intense cardio work out that works the body head to toe. For those of you who have never tried Zumba before, I encourage you to try it! What better way to figure out if you like it or not than a free class… and a free class after that!
What to wear: Whatever you are most comfortable in, running shoes (no bare feet or socks), BRIGHT, FUN colours!
Where: University of Ottawa, Terminus in the UCU (Second floor of Monpetit)
When: Every Wednesday 7:15pm
Who: Jasmine Lalonde w/ Entre Amigos Spanish Club (donations are not required but appreciated)
Why: Because it’s a party! Plus it’s free!
How: With your own two feet and never ending growth of coordination.
