My second round of training for the ScotiaBank Half Marathon in October 2013!

This time around I will have a lot more time to train and properly structure my routine to fit my needs. Since my last half marathon I’ve been feeling as though I’ve gotten worse rather than better. So instead of moving backwards I want to move forwards. Read as I retrack my progress to get up and past my 21K requirement before October. Seeing as I have tons of time I will take that time and tortoise along until I beat the hare.
